SMS Terms and Conditions

Verification program: By providing your phone number and affirmatively checking the verification-consent box, you consent to receive a one-time transactional security code from Cactus Jack’s Bar & Grill Corp through Backstage Booking.

Verification messages

One SMS verification message is sent for each verification request. Requesting a resend may generate another message. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Optional booking updates

If you separately check the optional text-updates box, you consent to receive recurring booking, paperwork, reservation, and show-reminder text messages. Message frequency varies according to your application and booked performances. Consent to recurring booking updates is not required to submit a band application.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to stop messages from the sending number. Reply HELP for assistance, or call Cactus Jack’s at 832-558-0243.

Delivery and carrier terms

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, coverage, and other factors outside Cactus Jack’s control.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided and will update Cactus Jack’s if the number changes. Do not request a verification code for a number you do not control.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. They are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
