Mobile-number privacy. Cactus Jack’s Bar & Grill Corp does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Information we collect

Backstage Booking may collect an act name, contact name, email address, mobile number, social-media links, performance information, promotional media, requested dates, contracts, tax documentation, payment records, ratings, and related booking communications.

How we use information

We use this information to review applications, verify contact information, schedule performances, prepare agreements and posters, request required documents, send booking communications, record payments, maintain performance history, protect the system, and comply with legal and tax obligations.

SMS information

When you affirmatively request a verification code, we use the mobile number provided to send a one-time transactional security code. One message is sent per verification request; a resend sends another message. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Booking, paperwork, reservation, and show-reminder texts are a separate optional program. Message frequency varies. Applicants can decline those recurring operational texts and still submit an application.

Sharing and service providers

We may provide information to service providers that perform work for us, such as hosting, secure storage, email delivery, SMS delivery, electronic signatures, and tax-processing support. These providers may use the information only to deliver the requested service or as required by law. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Security and retention

We use access controls, individual manager accounts, audit history, encrypted tax-data storage, and backups. Information is retained for operational, contractual, tax, security, and legal purposes. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Reply STOP to a text message to stop messages from that sender. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also call Cactus Jack’s at 832-558-0243 to request help or a correction to ordinary contact information.
